Our Process: Council

This is where the project documentation has been completed and we the designers are now finalising the final documents required by Council on lodgement. Such documents are as follows:

• Statement of Environmental Effects
• Waste Management Plans
• Notification Plans
• Shadow Diagrams
• Site Analysis and
• Streetscape Analysis.

We are now ready to lodge plans into Council and make your dream a reality!
